These Terms govern your use of the healthtipsi.com website and concierge service.

2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older, have full legal capacity and not be subject to sanctions.
3. Service scope and price
We coordinate and follow up on your requests. We give no legal, medical or financial advice and are not a party to third-party agreements. Price, scope and timing are confirmed before you are bound and shown clearly and in good time, per Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 12 травня 1991 року № 1023-XII. Claims are accurate under Закон України «Про рекламу» від 3 липня 1996 року № 270/96-ВР.
4. Your use
Give accurate information, use the service lawfully and do not misuse it. We may screen users against sanctions, PEP and watchlists and refuse or end the service where the law requires.
5. Liability
The service is provided "as available"; to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect loss or third-party services. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
6. Complaints
Contact contact@healthtipsi.com or +380 672 741 1831. We reply within 10 business days. Disputes follow Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 12 травня 1991 року № 1023-XII.
7. Data and cookies
