healthtipsi.com is an independent advisory practice based in Kyiv. We turn a performance and equipment brief into a written shortlist, then record where each car came from and what is still unconfirmed. We do not sell vehicles, and we do not hold inventory.
Performance targets, must-have equipment packages, ownership history expectations, and a budget range, agreed in writing before any research begins.
One page per candidate: specification summary, equipment translation, provenance notes, local availability status, source type, last-checked date, and an open-questions log.
Our fee is paid by you, never by a dealer. The fee covers the brief, the shortlist, the dossier, and negotiation support. It is separate from the vehicle price, registration, insurance, and delivery.
